The EU chief negotiator Michel Barnier said that significant differences remain between the European Union and the UK regarding the fishing industry, government aid, and future dispute resolution procedures in the negotiations on a trade agreement. He tweeted that divergence of views persist and he is traveling to London for talks with chief Brexit negotiator David Frost. We recommend you to continue monitoring the progress of these negotiations, this can have a dramatic effect on the EUR, GBP currency pairs.
The governor of the Bank of Canada says that the rates in Canada will remain very low for a very long time.
The bank has pledged to stop buying government bonds when the recovery is in full swing, most likely before inflation hits the 2% target.
It was also noted that there is a lot of potential for expanding QE if needed. From his statement, we can conclude that the stimulus policy remains with Canada, so we should not expect the growth of the Canadian dollar.

The Ministerial Conference of OPEC and non-OPEC countries will take place tomorrow. The correction of WTI crude oil is expected to reach the level of 43.50.
