Nov. 18 (Bloomberg) — Philippe Espinasse, author and a former banker, talks about the market for initial public offerings in Hong Kong. Billionaire Cheng Yu-tung’s Chow Tai Fook Group plans to start trading in Hong Kong on Dec. 15 after an initial public offering, according to terms for the transaction.
