Boise Cascade today announced that it has commenced an underwritten IPO of 11,764,706 shares of its common stock pursuant to a registration statement on Form S-1 filed with the SEC. In connection with the offering, Boise Cascade intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,764,706 shares.
