In trading on Thursday, biotechnology shares were relative leaders, up on the day by about 2.2%. Leading the group were shares of Human Genome Sciences (HGSI), up about 101.9% and shares of Anthera Pharmaceuticals (ANTH) up about 15.2% on the day.
