Jan. 31 (Bloomberg) — Paul Bloxham, chief economist for HSBC Holdings Plc in Sydney and a former Reserve Bank of Australia official, talks about the nation’s economy and central bank monetary policy. Australian business confidence rose in December to the highest level in seven months after the central bank made the second of two consecutive rate cuts, a private survey showed.
