Oct. 11 (Bloomberg) — Su Sian Lim, a Singapore-based economist at Royal Bank of Scotland Group Plc., talks about the outlook for interest rates in Southeast Asia. Indonesia will probably leave interest rates unchanged for an eighth month today, after a tumble in the nation’s currency curbed scope for lower borrowing costs to bolster expansion as global economic growth weakens.
