Halpenny Expects Portugal to Get Help to Avoid Default

April 5 (Bloomberg) — Derek Halpenny, European head of currency research at Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ Ltd., talks about Portugal’s credit rating which was cut by Moody’s Investors Service for the second time in three weeks amid expectations it will be unable to avert a European bailout.
