Chevy Volt, Ford Explorer Win Car & Truck of the Year

The global automotive industry has all eyes on Detroit today, as the North American International Auto Show kicks into high gear. General Motors (GM) electric Chevrolet Volt won the top honors as the North American Car of the Year.
